Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks an energetic and highly motivated Project Engineering Manager - Power Delivery to join our Power Delivery Team. This role reports out of an AtkinsRéalis office and leads project teams through all phases of delivery.

Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, directing scope, schedule, and budget; monitoring cost and manhour reporting; coordinating meetings with clients and regulators; supervising staff; and promoting the firm’s capabilities to win new work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in field(s) of practice; graduate degree is a plus.
• Management coursework or MBA is advantageous.
• Professional registration in the field is preferred where available.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract negotiations with clients/subcontractors and draft complex service agreements.
• Direct project team and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Prepare work plan, scope, schedule and budget; monitor production and quality.
• Track manhours, costs and expenses; communicate progress to management.
• Maintain project files; monitor client billings and resolve disputes.
• Supervise subconsultants and vendors; review invoices and payments.
• Schedule meetings with project team, regulatory agencies and clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and present to clients.
