Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent with 3+ years in PM/engineering.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or utility project management.
• Strong understanding of electrical transmission, substation, or distribution systems; PE preferred.
• Proven proposal writing, project scoping, or business development experience.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, management and quality plans.
• Manage assigned project staff to meet requirements.
• Understand and report on project financials to management.
• Support development of detailed project reports.
• Manage proposal creation and identify new opportunities.
• Foster strong client relationships and manage project scope.
