Responsibilities

• Coordinates contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors and drafts complex professional service agreements.
• Directs project team and ensures compliance with contract terms and budgets.
• Prepares project work plan, scope, schedule, and budget; monitors progress and communicates status to management.
