AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Manager — Power to join our team in one of our US offices, including Atlanta. You will lead project teams, own full lifecycle delivery, and manage multiple power-related projects to align with strategic objectives.

The role requires 10+ years in utility-scale power and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and a robust 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Utility Scale Power Projects.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management within the Power industry.
• Minimum of 15 years’ relevant industry experience.
• Proficient with MS Office, Microsoft Projects, and ProjectWise.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the project team and motivate members to meet goals and milestones.
• Own full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery for major initiatives.
• Manage multiple related projects to align with strategic objectives.
• Ensure projects stay within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Set and manage expectations, delegating deliverables to team and stakeholders.
• Develop progress reports, proposals, and requirement documents for sponsors and stakeholders.
• Lead problem solving with teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases.
• Oversee day-to-day activities, resources, and project management meetings.
• Provide status reports on milestones, deliverables, risks and issues.
