AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Engineering Manager, Power to lead multi-discipline engineering teams on complex power projects in Bothell, WA or nearby US locations. The role emphasizes simple cycle and combined cycle power generation, with a focus on schedule, quality and budget performance.

You will provide technical leadership across disciplines, coordinate interfaces, support problem resolution, and work with project managers to deliver high‑quality outcomes while liaising with clients

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 12+ years of engineering experience with at least 2 years in a senior technical or leadership role.
• Significant experience in power plant design, execution, or operations preferred.
• Experience developing and reviewing calculations, P&IDs, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.

Mansioni

• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams, aligning with project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop project work plans and discipline-level scope definitions.
• Coordinate interfaces across mechanical, piping, electrical, civil/structural, I&C, and other groups.
• Support problem resolution for complex engineering challenges in power plant systems (simple cycle and combined cycle).
• Monitor schedules and budgets with PM and project controls; manage change impacts.
