Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Manager - Power to join our US-based offices. You will lead project teams, own the full lifecycle, and ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives.

The role requires deep experience in utility-scale power projects and strong leadership and communication skills. You will collaborate across technology, operations, and business units to manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, while reporting progress to sponsors and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Utility Scale Power Projects.
• Minimum of 10 years' relevant project management experience in the Power industry.
• Minimum of 15 years' relevant/applicable industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for project teams to meet milestones and goals.
• Own full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery of major initiatives.
• Manage multiple related projects to support business objectives.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Set and manage expectations while coordinating deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop progress reports, requirements documents and presentations for stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor and supervise project teams; promote teamwork and excellence.
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
