AtkinsRéalis seeks a Project Manager – Power to join our team in one of our US offices. You will lead project teams and own full project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, coordinating across technology, operations and business needs.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Utility Scale Power projects and strong leadership and communication skills to engage sponsors and stakeholders. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Utility Scale Power Projects.
• 10+ years' project management experience in the Power industry.
• 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and MS Projects.
• Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for project teams to meet goals and milestones.
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
• Control scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for sponsors and stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor project teams and promote continuous improvement.
