Job summary

WSP is seeking a Project Manager for our Power Delivery Project Management team, with regional positions in New Orleans, LA; Houston, TX; or Baton Rouge, LA. The role offers travel to client offices and project sites to ensure delivery excellence across transmission, distribution, and substation projects.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets and schedules, and maintaining QA/QC, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive post-education project management experience in power delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Ability to travel regionally to client sites and project offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Power Delivery project teams to execute transmission, distribution, and substation projects.
• Manage project budgets, hours, expenses, and contractual obligations.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and execution strategies.
• Maintain WBS, sequencing, and cost-loaded estimates for forecasting.
• Ensure QA/QC programs and safety compliance.
• Provide regular project reporting and risk assessments to stakeholders.
