NV5 is seeking a Project Manager with Power Delivery Engineering experience to lead multi-disciplinary teams on transmission and substation projects in California. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality from initiation through construction documents, while coordinating with procurement and construction teams.

You will serve as the primary client contact, manage expectations, present progress to senior leadership, and drive project performance, risk mitigation, and compliant

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 6–8 years of progressively responsible PM experience in transmission/substation/utilities.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, controls, scheduling, budgeting, and document management.
• Experience with MS Project/Primavera P6, Office, Teams/SharePoint.

• Lead the engineering execution of transmission/substation projects from kickoff to IFC design.
• Develop engineering execution plans, schedules, staffing, and WBS.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, protection, telecom, and environmental teams.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and client expectations.
• Review deliverables, design changes, and document releases.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Support procurement with specs, RFIs, and vendor reviews.
• Monitor budgets, progress, and reporting; ensure safety compliance.
