Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for our Power Delivery group, based in California with flexibility to work from multiple states. You will lead projects from initiation through close, manage schedules, budgets, and client expectations, and coordinate a skilled team to deliver results.

The ideal candidate has a engineering background with PM experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel 25–50% to support client engagements. We offer growth and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent with 3+ years' PM experience, or PMP with 6+ years.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or utility PM required.
• Understanding of electrical transmission, substations or distribution systems preferred.
• Experience in proposal writing, project scoping, or business development.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manage assigned project staff to ensure project requirements are met.
• Understand and report project financials to management on a regular basis.
• Support development of detailed project reports.
• Manage proposal creation and identify new opportunities for business development.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships and manage project scope.
