Job summary

QISG seeks a Power Delivery Construction Manager to lead field operations on assigned projects in the United States. You will drive safety, productivity, and quality while coordinating with the Project Manager on planning, controls, and closeout.

Responsibilities include directing field construction, managing subcontracts and RFIs, tracking budgets, and maintaining schedules. Travel up to 100% may be required, with a focus on safe, compliant project delivery.

Qualifications

• Six or more years in the power delivery field including construction and supervision.
• Experience with scheduling, cost controls, safety, quality, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates field construction activities.
• Manages subcontracts and purchase orders to meet schedule and budget.
• Reviews RFIs and submittals for constructability and quality.
• Supports the Project Manager in budget, schedule, and QA/QC oversight.
• Enforces Health, Safety, and Environmental standards on site.
• Maintains and updates the Short Interval Schedule and weekly progress reports.
