Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC in Baton Rouge is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field activities, drive safety, quality, and productivity on energy projects. You will work with Project Managers to monitor quality objectives and ensure alignment with contracts on the jobsite.

The role requires 10+ years in construction management for DB/EPC projects in power delivery, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• 10+ years’ experience in Construction Management with direct DB/EPC projects in the power delivery industry.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in transmission, distribution, and substation work.

Responsibilities

• Leads field construction personnel on assigned projects.
• Ensures safety, quality, and environmental stewardship in line with customer goals.
• Plans, reports, and communicates overall project performance.
• Coordinates with customers to ensure satisfaction and effective jobsite coordination.
• Develops and enforces quality control and assurance plans.
• Reviews contracts and ensures compliance with requirements.
• Monitors design progress to balance scope, budget, time, and quality.
• Responds to RFIs and submittals for constructability.
• Guides the execution of the Quality Management Plan and System.
• Provides guidance for change and process improvements and audits.
