Quanta Power Solutions seeks a hands-on Project Safety Manager to oversee safety performance across power generation construction, maintenance, commissioning, outage, and capital projects throughout the United States. Based in Indiana, you will collaborate with operations teams and leadership to promote a robust safety culture and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and hazard mitigation practices.
• Experience leading safety programs, incident investigations, audits, and risk assessments on large-scale EPC projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management systems.
• Strong ability to influence project teams, contractors, and clients toward a safe work culture.

Responsibilities

• Support project-specific safety programs across nationwide projects.
• Conduct field audits, site inspections, safety observations, and compliance reviews.
• Assist with JHAs, pre-task planning, and risk assessments.
• Promote safe work practices across mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, and commissioning activities.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, participate in root cause analysis.
