Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Power Delivery Construction Manager to lead field construction, manage safety, quality, and productivity on power delivery projects in Houston. You’ll support planning with the Project Manager, drive the look-ahead schedule, and oversee QA/QC with subcontractors.

The role requires hands-on construction management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate across teams to meet cost and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in the power delivery field with hands-on construction and supervision.
• Experience in scheduling, cost controls, safety, quality, and risk in substations and transmission lines.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment in construction.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates field construction activities.
• Administers prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Monitors schedule, budget, and quality to balance scope and time.
