Job summary

Overland Contracting Inc is seeking a Site Manager to lead the successful construction, startup, and turnover of complex power projects. You will oversee field teams, coordinate with subcontractors and owners, and drive safe, high‑quality execution from mobilization through commissioning.

You will mentor site staff and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and schedule targets while supporting project controls and client interfaces across this multifaceted program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience on similar projects in construction management role with a Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years experience with 3 years at superintendent level or above on large projects.
• OSHA 10 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site management team and create an environment where field teams can perform at a high level.
• Directs implementation of construction management procedures.
• Champion project Safety & Health and Loss Control procedures, ensuring the team works toward agreed safety targets.
• Drive implementation of project quality assurance procedures to help ensure construction work meets established quality expectations.
• Directs change order management for subcontracts.
• Coordinate with project manager to identify and execute change orders to contract with owner.
