Job summary

Overland Contracting Inc is seeking a Site Manager for simple/combined cycle power projects in Arizona. You will lead the construction, startup, and turnover of projects, coordinating with craft labor, subcontractors, suppliers, and startup teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site.

The role requires extensive field leadership, strong collaboration with owners and partners, and a focus on Lean construction practices to optimize field execution and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in construction management on similar projects with a Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years with 3 years at superintendent level on large projects, or in construction management on smaller projects without a Bachelor's degree.
• Self-perform/direct-hire construction experience preferred on power projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction execution and turnover of simple cycle and combined cycle power projects.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for the site team and coordinate with craft labor, subcontractors, suppliers, startup teams, and the owner.
• Drive safety, quality, and budget adherence and maintain schedule through mobilization to commissioning.
