Job summary

Overland Contracting Inc is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the construction, startup, and turnover of power projects in Arizona. You will provide day-to-day leadership for the site team, coordinate with crafts, subcontractors, suppliers, and startup teams, and ensure safe, on‑time delivery within budget and quality targets.

This role is based on site in Arizona and requires strong field leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience on similar projects in construction management
• 8+ years experience with 3 years at superintendent level or above
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the site management team to deliver safe, high‑quality construction
• Coordinate with craft labor, subcontractors, suppliers, and owner interfaces
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality performance and address risks
• Champion safety, health, and project quality assurance practices
• Support commissioning and testing readiness and mobilization activities
• Manage site staffing and mentoring to build strong teams
• Conduct monthly contractor management meetings and site coordination sessions
