Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of analytics or BI experience (internships count).
• Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
• Foundational SQL skills for joins, filters, and aggregations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and large data sets.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication.
• Ability to take direction and meet deadlines, with curiosity to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards per team standards.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract and validate data.
• Develop data models, measures, and calculated columns using DAX and Power Query.
• Apply design principles for readable dashboards consistent with Garver standards.
• Maintain existing reports, including refreshes and enhancements.
• Gather, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Document data sources, logic, assumptions, and limitations.
• Participate in requirements sessions and client meetings, capturing requests.
• Prepare materials for client presentations and training sessions.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to understand data behind deliverables.
