Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional analytics or BI experience (internships/counts).
• Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Foundational SQL skills for data extraction and validation.
• Proficiency with Excel including formulas and pivot tables.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to meet deadlines and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards under guidance of senior team members.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract, join, and validate data from source systems.
• Develop data models, measures, and calculated columns using DAX and Power Query.
• Apply design principles to dashboards for readability and Garver standards.
• Maintain existing reports including refreshes, issue resolution, and enhancements.
