Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field.
• 1-3 years of analytics or BI experience; internships count.
• Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
• Foundational SQL skills (joins, filters, aggregations).
• Proficiency with Excel (formulas, pivots, large datasets).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to QA own work.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to take direction and meet deadlines.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract and validate data.
• Develop data models, measures, and calculated columns using DAX and Power Query.
• Apply design principles for clear, readable dashboards in Garver standards.
• Maintain existing reports with refreshes, issue resolution, and enhancements.
• Gather, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Document data sources, logic, assumptions, and limitations.
• Collaborate with project team to understand data behind deliverables.
