Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC in Union Springs, Alabama, seeks a Poultry Processing Supervisor to lead production line staff and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMPs, USDA and OSHA standards while achieving high productivity and maintaining customer specifications.

You will deploy and rotate personnel, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with Quality Assurance to sustain a sanitary, safe environment and meet operating goals in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing; 3+ years in food manufacturing/poultry preferred.
• Leadership experience including timekeeping, policy adherence, conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 100 employees on production lines.
• Establish procedures and adjust to meet schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with QA to ensure food safety and USDA compliance.
