Qualifications

• Knowledge of USDA/OSHA, GMP, HACCP required.
• Proficient English communication, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 100 employees and lead with accountability.
• Establish procedures to meet production schedules and budgets.
• Deploy personnel to optimize efficiency and ergonomics.
• Complete daily departmental reports and attendance records.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
• Mentor/train employees; administer performance plans and disciplinary actions.
• Enforce safety policies and PPE usage; maintain zero-accident culture.
• Coordinate with other shifts to meet location goals.
