Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree with relevant college course work preferred.
• Minimum one year in a manufacturing setting; three years in food manufacturing or poultry preferred.
• Must communicate in English, with multilingual ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage production line/department by establishing procedures and adjusting to meet schedules and budgets.
• Deploy and rotate personnel to maximize efficiency and ergonomics.
• Ensure daily reports are completed and recorded (attendance, yields, etc.).
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and reduce recurring deficiencies.
• Lead or participate in process improvements and monitor metrics.
