The role requires 1+ year manufacturing experience and 3+ years in poultry or food manufacturing, with leadership skills and strong English communication.

The position may involve shift work, supervising up to 100 employees, and collaboration with Quality Assurance to maintain a sanitary, safe environment

Qualifikationen

• Minimum one (1) year experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Three (3) years’ experience in food manufacturing or poultry industry preferred.
• Leadership experience including timekeeping requirements and policy adherence.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written) with internal and external customers.

Aufgaben

• Supervise production line/department personnel and ensure procedures comply with HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs, USDA/OSHA regulations.
• Establish procedures, adjust to meet schedules, and optimize throughput and budget objectives.
• Mentor, coach and train employees; implement performance improvement plans when needed.
• Maintain safety and ergonomic standards and oversee incident reporting and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure a food-safe environment and regulatory compliance.
