Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms seeks a capable supervisor to manage poultry debone and slaughter operations. You will lead a team through subordinate supervisors, ensure HACCP/GMP compliance, and drive productivity while controlling costs.

Responsibilities include coaching, safety promotion, and optimizing processes to meet schedules and budgets. Extensive experience in food manufacturing and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar manufacturing environment with supervisory duties.
• Leadership experience managing 20+ personnel.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist Production Supervisors with supervising and training employees to maximize quality and productivity.
• Manage production processes and employee performance with feedback.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with food safety requirements (HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs).
• Review reporting requirements and ensure timely submissions.
• Plan and implement process improvements to meet schedules and budgets.
• Maximize yields and throughput while minimizing downtime and turnover.
