Wayne-Sanderson Farms seeks a Poultry Processing Supervisor to oversee the production line, ensuring procedures comply with HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs, and USDA/OSHA requirements. You will drive productivity while meeting customer specifications and maintaining safety standards.

The role requires leadership of up to 100 employees, with emphasis on safety, coaching, and cross-department collaboration in a high-volume poultry processing environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in manufacturing; 3+ years in food manufacturing or poultry preferred.
• 1+ year leadership experience including timekeeping, policy adherence, conflict resolution; 3+ years preferred.
• Working knowledge of poultry processing, food safety regs (OSHA, GMP, HACCP).
• Must communicate effectively in English; multilingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage production line/department by establishing procedures and adjusting to meet production schedules and budgets.
• Deploy and rotate personnel to optimize efficiency and ergonomics.
• Ensure daily reporting including attendance, yields, and departmental metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and reduce repeat deficiencies.
• Lead or participate in planning and implementing process improvements; monitor metrics.
