Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking production workers to join the processing line, performing cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspection tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will operate equipment, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines to ensure quality products.

You’ll collaborate with teammates and contribute to continuous improvement while upholding food safety standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and poultry or food industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience in poultry or food industry a plus.
• Strong multitasking and quick-learning abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the line according to Pilgrim’s and USDA standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support team members and promote a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
