Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Hourly team member to perform tasks on the processing line, including cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products to meet safety and quality standards. You will operate equipment, maintain a clean work area, and follow all biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, dependability, and willingness to learn, with opportunities to grow within a company committed to excellence in the food industry.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Ability to multitask and work quickly, good communication, understand simple instructions and apply common sense, team player, close to other employees at some stations.

Responsabilidades

• Process poultry products on the production line according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and knowledge and promote a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different areas of production as needed.
