Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking team members to join the production line, performing cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspection tasks to meet safety and quality standards. You will operate equipment, keep areas clean, and follow biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to learn and grow with the company, with opportunities across production areas and adherence to strict food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly with good communication.
• Ability to understand simple instructions and use common sense.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line per Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support teammates and promote a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Be flexible to work in different areas of production as needed.
