Pilgrim’s is seeking a dependable production line worker to join our poultry processing team. On the line you’ll cut, trim, package, inspect products and help maintain safety and quality standards. You’ll operate equipment, keep a clean area, and collaborate with teammates.

The role offers steady hours Mon-Fri with potential weekend work, with benefits beginning after 60 days and growth opportunities. Education: HS diploma preferred; prior poultry or food experience is a plus; pay is hourly with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Able to multitask and work quickly; good communication; follow simple instructions; team player.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products following USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment; report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; follow safety and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and knowledge; promote a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different production areas as needed.
