Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking Production Hourly staff to join our team in Texas. You will work on the processing line performing cutting, trimming, packaging and inspecting tasks to meet strict food safety standards.

The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced environment. High School Diploma or GED is preferred; poultry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience in poultry or food industry is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, communicate clearly, follow simple instructions, and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the processing line to cut, trim, package, and inspect products.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety, food safety, and biosecurity guidelines.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions promptly.
• Support teammates and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate flexibility working across production areas as needed.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
