Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a hands-on poultry line worker to perform cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspection tasks while adhering to strict food safety standards. You’ll operate equipment, keep a clean area, and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food-industry experience a plus.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line per Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support team members by sharing skills and knowledge to foster a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working across different production areas as needed.
