Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a hands-on production role on the processing line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect products to meet strict quality and safety standards. You’ll operate equipment, keep a clean area, and follow biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, and poultry or food-industry experience is a plus. Strong teamwork and the ability to learn quickly are essential for success at Pilgrim’s.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.

• Support team members by sharing skills and promoting a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by performing tasks in different areas of production as needed.
