Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a hands-on production role on the poultry processing line. You’ll cut, trim, package or inspect to meet safety and quality standards, operate equipment, and keep a clean area in a fast-paced environment.

We value dependable, trainable team players with a high school diploma (GED acceptable) and some poultry or food industry experience. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with potential weekend work and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in poultry or food industry is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products per USDA Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Support team by sharing skills and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different areas of production.
• Other duties as assigned.
