Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a Poultry Processing Supervisor to lead production line teams, ensuring adherence to HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs, USDA and OSHA regulations while maintaining high productivity and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced poultry facility.

You will manage schedules, coach up to 100 employees, implement process improvements, and collaborate with QA to uphold food safety and quality. This role is based in North Carolina and requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Minimum one year in a manufacturing setting; poultry industry experience preferred.
• Leadership experience including policy adherence and conflict resolution; three years preferred.
• Working knowledge of poultry processing, food safety regulations (OSHA, GMP, HACCP).
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing; multilingual preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage production line/department and adjust procedures to meet schedules and budgets.
• Deploy and rotate personnel to optimize efficiency and ergonomics.
• Ensure daily reporting (attendance, yields, etc.) is completed.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and reduce repeat deficiencies.
• Lead or participate in process improvements and monitor metrics.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain a food-safe environment per USDA requirements.
