Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC in Lindale, TX seeks a hands-on supervisor to oversee broiler farms and act as the primary liaison to contracted growers. You will provide practical technical guidance on building, litter, sanitation, and biosecurity while monitoring flock welfare and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include tracking mortality, coordinating feed deliveries, and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Travel to multiple locations will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ live poultry experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements surrounding animal welfare and food production.
• Strong computer skills with MS Word and Excel; good math ability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee broiler farms as a company representative to contracted growers.
• Provide technical advice on building, equipment, litter, sanitation, and biosecurity.
• Monitor flocks and ensure compliance with policies, regulations and laws.
• Track mortality rates and coordinate feed deliveries as needed.
• Promote safety initiatives and wear PPE as required.
• Travel between assigned locations as necessary.
