Job summary

Cobb Three Springs Poultry Farm Worker in Oklahoma is needed for 6:00 am–2:00 pm shifts, Monday–Friday with holiday coverage. You will power wash, clean and disinfect poultry houses, move birds and support daily production tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour plus additional shift differential for evenings, nights and weekends. Cobb offers a comprehensive benefits package from day 1 for full-time hires, including health, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance

Qualifications

• 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer
• No employment gaps >6 months in past 36 months; if laid off or caregiving, gap extends to 18 months
• Rehire criteria: minimum 180 days waiting period
• Rehire rule: no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods
• Must reside in the United States to be considered for interview

Responsibilities

• Power washing, cleaning and disinfecting poultry houses; removing used litter; assisting with bird movement; placing new shavings; mowing around poultry houses; maintaining farm equipment
• Move birds as required to laying/pedigree houses or live haul loading area; ensure wing bands removed for load outs
• Maintain tractors, pressure washers, litter truck, trailers and other equipment; perform safety checks
• Properly euthanize selected or weak birds per company policy
• Biosecurity/Animal Welfare: showering, changing clothing, PPE; sign biosecurity and animal welfare guidelines; no avian species on site
