Job summary

Cobb is seeking a worker for a high-production poultry facility. The role includes catching, identifying, and moving birds during flock housing and vaccination, plus sanitation duties. You will follow strict biosecurity protocols and participate in daily site routines.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 1:00 pm or until the job is complete. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with additional shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends. Benefits start on day one of full-time hire.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no gaps >6 months in past 36 months.
• Rehire criteria: maximum of 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods.

Responsibilities

• Catch birds for vaccination and move them to appropriate pens.
• Identify birds and badge or tag as required; assist with housing and segregation.
• Operate equipment to trim toenails/beaks and remove used litter as scheduled.
• Remove litter, clean housing areas, and assist with loading and transport as needed.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and biosecurity guidelines at all times.
