Job summary

Cobb Three Springs Farm in Rose, Oklahoma, is hiring a Brooder House Worker to support our Cobb poultry operations. This full-time role involves daily care of birds, monitored temperatures, and routine housekeeping in a biosecure facility.

Shift is 5:50am–1:50pm with weekend rotation; benefits start day one and include health, 401(k), and education programs. We value reliable, physically capable teammates with at least 12 months of consecutive work history; prior agricultural experience is

Qualifications

Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no gaps >6 months in past 36 months.
Biosecurity and animal welfare guidelines adherence.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 35 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

Feeds and waters birds according to schedules and monitors overall well-being.
Monitors temperature, lights, and adjusts as instructed.
Walks floors daily; inspects birds for illness and handles mortality per instructions.
Places pen partitions according to calculations; sorts birds by line and age.
Cleans and disinfects waterers and pens; performs routine housekeeping on equipment.
Records data such as line, bird weight, medications, feed and water intake, and mortality.
