Job summary

Responsibilities
- Act as a safety leader and put safety first in all responsibilities.
- Establish and maintain safety, quality, waste and productivity standards to meet plant goals.
- Oversee KPI reporting and department meetings.
- Lead and develop salaried Shift Supervisors and other direct reports.
- Support continuous improvement opportunities with plant leadership.
- Ensure SOCs are accurate and followed.
- Manage budget and best practices to optimize resources.
- Oversee investigations for injuries and incidents.
