Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Pouching Operator in Madison, WI. You will set up pouch machines, run production lines, and ensure quality while documenting results and maintaining equipment. The role requires teamwork, precise measurement, and the ability to operate forklifts as needed.

This full-time position offers a rotating shift schedule with a $23–$25 hourly base pay plus a $1.50 night shift premium, comprehensive benefits from day one, and opportunities for growth within a global packaging leader.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in printing, web handling, and/or manufacturing.
• Accurate measurement skills; knowledge of metric conversion.
• Basic mechanical ability.
• Solid communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing and able to operate forklifts and hand jacks as needed.
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run pouch machines to meet production standards.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support Inspector/Packer functions.
• Train and guide team members.
• Record production data in SAP.
• Maintain clean work areas and assist with machine maintenance.
