Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in manufacturing with 1-3 years in leadership, and an Associates degree or higher preferred. The position requires weekend availability and all-shift flexibility, with a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment required.
• 1-3 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Associates or better in Manufacturing Technology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations in the converting department.
• Ensure safety and policy compliance across shifts.
• Maintain quality, efficiency, and production targets set by management.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and assist with problem solving.
• Assess performance and training needs of converting personnel.
• Provide training, development and feedback for employees.
• Oversee quality checks and production meetings.
• Maintain housekeeping and inventories of converting supplies.
