Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the Converting (Pouching) department on the day shift, Monday to Friday. You will drive safety, quality, service, and productivity through strong team leadership and effective use of systems, processes, and materials.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years in manufacturing operations, with SAP and MS Office proficiency considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in operations or related supervision preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing and safety-driven environment.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift production to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Oversee PPE and adherence to EHS policies and procedures.
• Manage daily production schedules and timecards.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to resolve issues.
