You will read specs, adjust machines, monitor quality, and perform changeovers, maintenance, and production reporting. The role features a 10-hour shift (Mon-Thu) with up to $21/hour based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Manual coordination and dexterity with hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work safely around operating machinery.

Responsibilities

• Read job specifications and run data to determine machine adjustments.
• Observe machine operation to detect defects and malfunctions and correct as needed.
• Measure workpiece dimensions to verify accuracy.
• Assist with stacking, marking, packing, and transporting finished boxes.
• Perform changeovers, maintenance and PM on equipment.
• Record quality checks and generate production reports.
