ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Pouch Machine Operator for the 2nd shift to set up and operate pouch making machines, producing pouches that meet quality specs. The role involves reading specifications, adjusting equipment, and collaborating with teammates to handle finished boxes.

Qualifications

• Manual coordination and dexterity with hand tools.
• Ability to work safely around operating machinery.

Responsibilities

• Reads job specifications and run data to determine machine adjustments and material needs.
• Observes machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions and corrects them.
• Measures workpiece dimensions to verify accuracy of machine operation.
• Assists other operators to stack, mark, pack, and transport finished boxes.
• Performs changeovers, maintenance and PM on equipment.
• Runs quality control checks and prepares production reports.
