Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging seeks a Pouch Operator to set up and run pouch-making machines. You will transform laminated films into pouches that meet quality specs and support production with accurate measurements and reporting.

You will work a 10-hour shift, Monday through Thursday, with a competitive hourly rate up to $21.00 based on experience and a robust benefits package including medical options, vision, disability coverage, 401K with employer match, 120 hours PTO, paid holidays, profit

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate hand tools and operate safely around machinery.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Reads job specifications and run data to determine adjustments and material needs.
• Observes machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions and makes corrections.
• Measures workpiece dimensions to verify accuracy.
• Assists and cooperates with assistants to stack, mark, pack and transport finished boxes.
• Performs changeovers, maintenance and PM on equipment.
• Conducts quality checks and produces production reports.
