ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Pouch Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (10-hour shift, Monday–Thursday) to set up and run pouch-making machines that convert laminated films into high-quality pouches meeting customer specs. You will read job specifications, adjust machines, monitor quality, perform changeovers and PM, and collaborate with teammates to move finished boxes to packing.

Qualifications

• Manual coordination and dexterity while using hand tools and equipment.
• Be able to work safely around operating machinery.

Responsibilities

• Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Monitors machine operation and corrects out of specification product.
• Performs changeovers and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Quality control checks and production reporting.
