Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Illinois.
• Minimum 6+ years in potable water design.
• Minimum 2+ years managing multidisciplinary potable water projects.
• Membership in professional/technical societies required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing with proposals: plan, staff, fees, risk assessment.
• Review draft agreements and approve scope/fees.
• Build teams and assign staff based on knowledge and availability.
• Monitor project performance: client satisfaction, schedule, budget, billings, QA/QC.
• Develop department standards and perform quality control reviews.
