Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in potable water design.
• 2+ years of experience in multidisciplinary potable water design projects.
• Member of professional/technical societies.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business journals, technical procedures or regulations.
• Ability to write reports and procedures.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing with proposals: project plan, staff, fees, risk.
• Review draft agreements and approve scope and fees.
• Build teams and assign staff by skills and availability.
• Monitor project performance (client satisfaction, schedule, budget, billings, QA/QC).
• Develop department standards and perform quality control reviews.
• Direct staff development and plan project execution.
• Plan, develop, coordinate, and ensure successful project completion.
• Lead single and multi-discipline projects.
• Represent the company in client/agency meetings and plan coordination.
• Communicate with peers and management to align efforts.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to project teams.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships and business growth.
