Job summary

St Anthony North Hospital is seeking a skilled RN to collaborate with the healthcare team to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients. Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• RN license in state of employment.
• Physical requirements: Medium work up to 50 lbs. occasionally, up to 20 lbs. frequently, and up to 10 lbs. constantly.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs and document care.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Perform IVs, wound care, medications, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Maintain patient charts and use IT to communicate, manage knowledge, and support decision-making.
• Advocate for patient health, safety, and rights; provide education to patient/family and assess learning needs.
